Description
Welcome to the Coach House at the Old Rectory. It is a cosy two bedroomed self-contained cottage with a kitchen, bathroom and sitting room, situated on our property in Douglas. Set within a courtyard, it has its own access through a side gate and its own front door. We offer free WIFI and there are laundry facilities and office facilities (printing, fax, photocopying) on site (small charge). For small children we can provide a high chair and travel cot.
The Coach House is very private and quiet. We are well situated for accessing all of what Cork has to offer. We are fifteen minutes drive from Cork International Airport and Cork City, 30 minutes to Blarney Castle and the bubbly tourist town of Kinsale with all its gastronomic delights and we are also a mere 20 minutes drive from the nearest sandy beach, best enjoyed in sunny weather!
We are a five minute short walk to Douglas Village which is very well serviced with supermarkets (M&S, Tesco and Dunnes Stores), restaurants (El Vino, 12 Tables, Palmento and Eco), fast food restaurants (KFC, McDonalds and the famous KCs & Sons), superb pubs and bars (Barrys of Douglas and O'Sullivans) and best of all, beautiful parks and woodlands to enjoy a Sunday walk in or a play with your little ones.
